Overview

This privacy notice explains what information Titan Task Force collects through this website, how it is used, how it is stored, and how you can ask questions or request deletion.

What this site collects

The only information this site collects is what you voluntarily type into the service request form:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your ZIP code
• The type of request you select
• The service category you select
• Your description of the task
• Your consent to be contacted about the request

If you use the contact form instead, it collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, an optional subject line, your message, and your consent to be replied to. Your email address is used to send you an automatic confirmation that your message arrived and to reply to you.

This site does not use account creation, tracking pixels, marketing cookies, or advertising identifiers.

How your information is used

The information is used only to contact you about your request and to discuss the scope of the work. It is not used for marketing lists, newsletters, or automated outreach, and it is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Where the information is stored

When you submit the form, the information is sent to this site's own server and saved to a private database record. Each record stores a unique reference ID, a timestamp, and the fields listed above. The database is not readable by site visitors, and the records are not published anywhere on this website.

Who can access the information

Access is limited to the site owner and any authorized administrators. Database access requires authentication. There is no public API or visitor-facing page that exposes request records.

Analytics and logging

Personal information submitted through the form is not sent to analytics tools and is not written into application logs. Standard server logs may record the time of the request and general connection information for rate limiting and security, but not the contents of your message.

How long information is kept

Request and message records are kept for 24 months from the date they are received, for operational follow-up and record-keeping, and are then deleted. You can ask for your record to be deleted sooner at any time.

Your choices

You are not required to use the form. You can always call 239-292-2058 instead. To ask that your request record be deleted, call the same number and provide your reference code.
